By continuing, you agree to the following:

1) We acknowledge receipt of a copy of the Conditions of Hire and Fire Instructions, and have read and understood the requirements detailed.

2) We hereby make an application for the use of the Townsend Hall for the purpose and on the date(s) as set out overleaf.

3) We understand that the account for the balance of the hire charge (including any loss, damage or cleanup costs incurred by the Trustees) will be advised following the hiring.

4) We are over 18 years of age.

5) I have read, agree and understand, the terms and conditions of Townsend Hall.

6) Regarding parties, where items, from any source, need to be inflated at the hall then a copy of the supplier's Insurance MUST be made available at the time of booking. Regrettably, there is now a £30 surcharge for this type of booking due entirely to the commodity price increases.’
